JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant herein has been convicted and sentenced as below vide judgment dated 18.10.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Women Atrocities Cases, Bhilwara in Sessions Case No. 66/2010:- Offences Conviction for offence Fine amount Default Sentences under Sections Rs.5,000/- Six Months' Under Section 302 I.P.C. Life Imprisonment Additional R.I. Rs.2,000/-

(2.) Being aggrieved by his conviction and sentences, the appellant has preferred the instant appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C.

(3.) Though, the appellant had preferred a represented appeal but later on, his Counsel pleaded no instructions whereupon, the appellant was summoned from prison and in his presence, Shri Deepak Menaria, Advocate was appointed as Amicus Curiae to argue the appeal on his behalf by order dated 26.7.2019. A copy of the paper book was provided to Shri Menaria.
