KESHAV Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C in FIR No.128/2020 registered at Police Station Mania District Dholpur for the offences under Sections 399 , and 402 IPC and Section 3 / 25 Arms Act.

(2.) Lerned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicaed in this case. Other co- accused have already been enlarged on bail. The case of petitioners is similar with that of co-accused. No other criminal case is pending against the petitioners. Investigation of the case will take time. Therefore the bail application be allowed.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
