MANSINGH GURJAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is no more res integra inasmuch as the coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.Criminal Misc. (Petition) No.2723/2019 [Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan] and 12 other connected matters vide order dated 03.02.2020 has allowed the criminal misc. petitions.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is allowed with the similar directions, as given by the coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra) vide order dated 03.02.2020, which read as follows:-
