JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.294/2019 registered at Police Station Manpur, District Dausa for offence under Sections 323 , 341 , 354 , 34 IPC and Section 3(1) (W)(I) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent borrowed money from the petitioners and issued a cheque of Rs.3,80,000/- in favour of Jagdish Prasad, who is son of petitioner- Badri Prasad. When the money was demanded by the petitioners, this FIR has been registered as counterblast. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in the matter. The petition deserves to be allowed.
