JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 20.11.2019 (Annexure-5).

(2.) By the order dated 20.11.2019 it was indicated that the deficiencies pointed out in various private colleges be removed and response be filed by 10.12.2019, failing which, the NOC issued would be cancelled.

(3.) The petitioner pursuant to the said communication dated 20.11.2019 produced the requisites vide Annexures-6 to 11.
