JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.34/2020, Police Station Rageshwari Gas Terminal (Ravlinadi), District Barmer for the offence under Sections 354 (D), 376-(2)(N) of the IPC and under Sections 3, 4, 5g, 6, 11(iv) and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and under Section 67A of IT Act.
