JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 469/4.11.2019 was registered at Police Station Borkheda Kota City for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120-B & 34 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Last seen evidence has been recorded after 50 days of the incident that too is unreliable. Statement of medical shop owner Dinesh that he gave tablet with salt Clonazepam, is also not in accordance with the F.S.L. report, as presence of Benzodiazepine Tranquillizing drug is found in the F.S.L. examination.
