MORSINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 81/2019 was registered at Police Station Pidawa, District Jhalawar for offence under Section 363 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the allegation against the petitioners is of helping the co-accused in abduction of the prosecutrix. Charge-sheet has been filed. In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., there is no allegation with regard to rape against the present petitioners.
