KRISHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed in connection with FIR No.160/2020 registered at Police Station Bansur District Alwar for the offence under Section 395 , 427 IPC and Section 3 / 25 of the Arms Act and 3 (II) (VA) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Cases) Act.

(3.) Counsel for the appellants submits that there is no injury caused and there is no specific overt act have been alleged against the appellants. Counsel for the appellants has taken this court to the FIR wherein the police itself has mentioned of only one injury of swelling on the heel area of leg of one of the injured person.
