AKRAM SON OF SUMARO Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 438 CrPC. in connection with FIR No. 118/2020 registered at Police Station P.S.N.E.B, Alawr for the offences under Section 395 of IPC whereupon the investigation was commenced. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioner moved the bail application before the court below, which were dismissed. Hence, the bail application has been filed.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit has been filed of the complainant who is stated that the he has compromised with the accused and does not want any action against him.

(3.) Learned counsel submits that the other co-accused have already been granted on bail by the trial court.
