JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty of assailing the order impugned dated 27.12.2019 under Section 18 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.

(2.) The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
