(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Video Conferencing as well as learned Public Prosecutor, present in the Court.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 8 th January, 2020. Learned counsel further submitted that the Police after investigation has filed challan and the petitioner is not required for any interrogation or any other purpose. Learned counsel further submitted that the alleged dispute between the complainant and the petitioner is in respect of the business transactions. Learned counsel further submitted that the pet Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 8 th January, 2020. Learned counsel further submitted that the alleged dispute between the complainant and the petitioner is in respect of the business transactions. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner had in fact lodged an FIR No. 369/2019 against certain persons who were dealing from Tamil Nadu.
(3.) Learned counsel further submittedthat thepresent complainant is also having his business in Tamil Nadu and as such, as a counter-blast, the present FIR has been lodged. Learned counsel further submitted that the offences are triable by the Magistrate.
