JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) The present second bail application under Section 439 read with Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 227/2019, Police Station Rani, District Pali for the offence under Section 8/15 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

(3.) The first bail application of the petitioners was rejected by this Court on 20.01.2020 and thereafter, the charge-sheet has been filed on 23.03.2020. Hence, this second bail application.
