JUDGEMENT

(1.) In S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6116/2020 & S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8627/2019:-

A bare look at the prayer made in the present case shows that the petitioner, by way of this writ petition, is assailing the action of the University as well as the Medical College not allowing him to appear in the examination. The said aspect is independent of the family dispute and the applicant has got no lis nor she can be said to be in any manner necessary or interested party to the present litigation.

(3.) In view of law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case Udit Narain Singh Malpaharia v. Addl. Member, Board of Revenue reported in AIR 1963 SC 786, the applicant cannot be said to be a necessary or proper party to the present litigation. Thus, applications (1/2020 and 1/2019) are wholly frivolous and the same are dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the Bar Association, Jaipur.
