JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are ignored.

(2.) This second application has been filed for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. In FIR No.0230/2019 registered at PS Kudgaon District Karauli for the offences under Sectins 286 IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first bail application was dismissed as not pressed when the challan was not presented. Now challan has been presented in the matter. The petitioner is in custody since 24-12-2019. He has been falsely implicated in the case, he is simply a driver of the vehicle for transporting vagetable and other articles. He was not aware of the articles loaded in the vehicle but he was told about the same to be electrical appliances. There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Conclusion of the trial will take considerable time. He will abide with all the conditions, which may be imposed upon him to releae him on bail. The petition may be allowed.
