JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking emergent parole for 30 days to get his mother operated upon for heart ailment.

(2.) It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the strength of treatment slip dated 26.03.2020 that his mother is suffering from serious heart ailment and has been medically advised operation. He submits that there is no other male member in his family, who can get his mother operated and take her care.

(3.) In these circumstances, he prays for grant of emergent parole.
