RAGHUVEER SINGH BAIRWA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will decide these three writ petitions wherein the petitioners have challenged their suspension orders issued by the Competent Authority under Rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (CCA Rules), 1958 (in short "CCA Rules").

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the Competent Authority by way of filing application under Section 13(5) of the CCA Rules. Learned counsel submitted that the Competent Authority may be directed to reconsider the prolonged suspension of the petitioners.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-Mr. P.S. Naruka is present in the Court and directed to accept notices.
