JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on application for suspension of sentence.

(2.) Accused-appellant Anil Singh S/o Narpat Singh has been convicted under Sections 323 , 341 , 458 IPC in Criminal Case No.75/2019(CIS No.128/2019) pending before Sessions Court, Jhunjhunu vide judgment dated 04.03.2020.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the accused-appellant was on bail during the trial and he has been sentenced to maximum 3 years simple imprisonment. His sentence has been suspended by the learned trial Court, hence, his application for suspension of sentence may be accepted and his sentence may be suspended during pendency of the appeal.
