JUDGEMENT

(1.) In these petitions, applications have been filed for deciding the stay applications.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Himanshu Jain submits that since interim orders have already been passed in these petitions and as such, the applications for deciding the stay applications have become infructuous. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17575/2019

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC for impleadment of Nagar Parishad Sikar as new party respondent.
