RAMAVTAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 330/2014 registered at Police Station Rudawal, District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 143, 323, 341, 379 and 307 of IPC .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not named in the FIR and has falsely been implicated in the case as an afterthought. He submits that no specific overt act has been assigned to him, similarly situated co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Benches of this Court, he is in custody for last more than three months, charge sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time and therefore, prays for release of the petitioner on bail.
