JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Helper vide order dt. 30 th September, 2011 through Rajasthan Medical Relief Society and the petitioner was posted in Government Hospital, Sector-8, Mansarovar Jaipur.

(2.) Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner worked uninterruptedly, the impugned order dt. 27th April, 2020 has been issued and services of the petitioner have been discontinued only on account of financial sanction not been received. Learned counsel submitted that the post is still available and the respondents intend to replace the petitioner by another set of contractual employees, which is not legal.

(3.) Dr. V.B. Sharma, AAG is present in the Court and he is directed to accept notices on behalf of the respondents. The respondents may file reply to the writ petition.
