(1.) By way of this revision petition, petitioner challenges the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Bandikui, Dausa in application No.188/2020 titled as Kanhiya Lal v. State of Rajasthan dated 26.08.2020 in which learned Sessions Judge has rejected the application filed by the petitioner to stay the conviction order passed against the petitioner by learned Judicial Magistrate in State of Rajasthan v. Kanhiya Lal, Criminal Case No.68/2010 in which petitioner was convicted under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was Government servant and serving on the post of Teacher (Prabodhak) and he was convicted by trial Court under Section 420 and 406 of IPC. He was removed from the service by District Education Officer on 06.08.2020 on account of his conviction.
