JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application has been filed by the applicant along with the criminal appeal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-appellant submitted that the accused-appellant has been convicted & sentenced for six years' rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 8 / 20 of NDPS Act with fine of Rs.50,000/-.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that alleged quantity recovered from the accused-appellant is 15.75 Kg of "Ganja" and the same is less than commercial quantity.
