JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are overruled for time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioner (through video conference) is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.682/2019 registered at Police Station Jhotwara, Jaipur Metropolitan for the offence under Sections 354 IPC and Sections 7 , 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
