JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant-applicant Sahil S/o Pushakraj has been convicted and sentenced by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangaria vide judgment dated 20.09.2016 passed in Sessions Case No.12/2016 (CIS No.12/2016) in the following manner :-

(2.) He has preferred the instant application under Section 389 CrPC seeking suspension of sentences awarded to him by the trial court.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has chosen not to file reply to the application for suspension of sentence and proposed to argue the matter orally.
