JUDGEMENT

(1.) All the above mentioned bail applications shall stand decided by this common order as they arise out of the same F.I.R.

(2.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 21/2020, Police Station Kalinjara, District Banswara for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 307, 436 and 392 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of P.D.P.P. Act.
