(3.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 308/2020 of Police Station Sangaria District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 460, and 34 IPC and Section 3/25 (1-B) A-27 Arms Act. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
