JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 380/2020 was registered at Police Station Chhipabarod for offence under Sections 363, 354, 342, 34 of I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsels for the petitioners that there is delay of six days in lodging of FIR. Prosecutrix has not levelled any allegation with regard to rape or any untoward incident with her.
