JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are overruled for the time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) Petitioner through his natural guardian mother has preferred this criminal revision petition aggrieved by order dated 09.04.2020 passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kota (Rajasthan) whereby the application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.
