JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.293/2019 was registered at Police Station Pragpura, District Jaipur Rural for offence under Sections 498-A & 304-B of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that cause of death as per the report which has been given after six months, deceased died due to overdose of insulin. It is contended that petitioner took his wife to the hospital, at that time, blood sugar level was 24 and thereafter, after glucose was inserted, blood sugar level rose to 325 and deceased died after 18 days of hospitalisation in different hospitals.
