JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.170/2019 was registered at Police Station Mangrole, District Baran for offence under Sections 307, 323, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that case of petitioner is akin to that of Rahul who has been enlarged on bail. Gunshot injury is attributed to Akram.
