JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A of the Schedule Castes And The Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed in connection with FIR No.194/2020 registered at Police Station Kunhadi, District Kota.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-appellant argued that specific allegation of committing offence under Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been levelled against the co-accused Banti Gurjar. Learned counsel for the accused-appellant further submitted that the other co-accused Vishal Gurjar and Nand Bihari have been released on bail by the Trial Court.
