JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No.83/2020 registered at Police Station Chechat, District Kota for the offences under Section 143 , 323 , 308 and 336 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases registered with the same incident. Injuries have been caused which are simple blunt.
