JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are overruled for time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioners (through video conference) is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 101/2018 Registered at Police Station Kanchanpur, District Dholpur for the offence under Sections 147 , 148 , 149 , 323 , 341 , 307 , 325 , 308 and 336 IPC.
