JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has filed this appeal challenging the order dated 16.4.2019 passed by the Trial Court, whereby, respondent No. 2 was acquitted of the charges framed against him.

(2.) Learned Counsel for the appellant has submitted that the Trial Court has erred in ordering the acquittal of respondent No. 2, who had threatened the deceased prior to the incident that he would commit his murder by running his vehicle over him. Parties are closely related to each other. Deceased was the elder brother of the father of respondent No. 2. There was land dispute between the parties.

(3.) Respondent No. 2 had faced trial qua commission of offence punishable under Section 302 I.P.C.
