JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.

(2.) Petitioner has preferred this Civil Contempt Petition alleging that order dated 29.05.2020 passed by the Division Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.5799/2020 has been violated.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the Division Bench while disposing D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.5799/2020 dated 29.05.2020, issued directions that while conducting examination for Secondary and Senior Secondary by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer and Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, all the instructions issued by the Central Government as well as the State Government be strictly followed.
