JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 205/2017 registered at Police Station Ringus, District Sikar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 302 IPC .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of mobile call record only. He submits that investigation as against him was kept pending under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. and the main accused namely Harphool Singh @ Phoolchand against whom charge sheet was filed under Section 302 IPC, has already been extended the benefit of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2018. He submits that there has been no recovery from him, he is in custody since 17.03.2020, supplementary charge sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time and therefore, prays for release of the petitioner on bail.
