JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has filed this appeal u/s 374 of Cr.P.C . read with Section 14A(2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 30/2020 registered with Police Station Ghad District Tonk, for offence/s punishable under Section/s 363, 376(2)(n) of IPC and Section 4 , 5(l) read with 6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor submits that notice to the complainant has been served.
