JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition, seeking direction to the respondents to give him posting in vacant school, nearby his residence.

(2.) For the purpose aforesaid, the petitioner shall file a certified copy of the order instant along with the photo copies of the representations filed by him.

(3.) The respondent No.4 - District Education Officer shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks therefrom.
