(1.) Learned counsel for the applicants Mr. Suresh Kumar Sahni submits that three connected matters namely S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No. 5744/2019, 6697/2019, and 6699/2019 have not been listed today.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to procure latest status report of the investigation.

(3.) The copies of the petitions be also provided to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents through email within three days if the same have not been provided earlier.
