JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect/s pointed out by the Registry is waived.

(2.) Husband of petitioner No. 1 namely Rakesh Kumar Ghoslya has filed misc. application for recalling of order dated 15.4.2019 with further prayer to file a criminal complaint against Prem Kumari and Banwari Lal Sepat.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the applicant in Criminal Application No. 442/2019 contends that it is wrongly mentioned that petitioner No. 1 has stated before the Court that she had performed marriage with petitioner No. 2 according to her own free-will and accord and is living happily with him as a wife. It is contended that in the Criminal Petition itself, petitioners had mentioned that they were living in live-in-relationship. It was not mentioned that they have performed marriage.
