JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.315/2019 registered at Police Station Ramganj, District Ajmer for the offence(s) under Sections 406, 420,467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant and a compromise has been arrived between the parties which is available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the complainant has also admitted the fact of compromise.
