JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Advocate General appearing for the State through video conferencing.

(2.) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition inter alia praying that the notification dated 30.05.2020 issued by the Board be quashed and all children be given marks based on internal assessment.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that about twenty lac students are appearing in the examination. Students are not in habit of wearing masks for four hours. They would be under stress and they would not be able to give exams properly. It is contended that children be given marks in accordance with the internal assessment done by the school.
