JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects pointed out by the office stand waived for the time being. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects immediately after regular functioning of the court.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing and learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.

(3.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C in connection with FIR No. 77/2015 registered at Police Station Mehndipur Balaji, District Dausa for the offence under section 395 IPC.
