JUDGEMENT

(2.) Heard Mr. N.S. Sikarwar, learned counsel for appellant, through Video Calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.

(3.) This suspension of sentence application has been filed by the appellant alongwith the appeal.
