JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the appellants and counsel for the respondents through video conferencing.

(2.) The matter comes up on an application for compromise filed by the appellants and respondent No.3.

(3.) As per the compromise, Respondent No.3 has agreed to pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.1,95,000/- to the appellants within six weeks from the date of disposal of appeal by the High Court as full and final settlement of claim of appellants. It has also been agreed that if the Respondent No.3 fails to deposit the claim, appellants shall be entitled for interest @ 6 per cent per annum on Rs.1,95,000/- from the date of disposal of appeal by the High Court.
