JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) Prayer in the present writ petition has been made to cancel an auction of a river Khari in the District Bhilwara for excavation of sand. It is asserted that if excavation of sand is permitted by the leasee, it is likely to have adverse impact on the adjoining khasras.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that auction of the lease had taken place on 03.03.2020. However, the petitioners are approaching this Court now.
