JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.154/2019, Police Station Khedapa, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act. He has preferred this interim bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the ground of surgery of his wife.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material on record.
