JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 112/2019 was registered at Police Station Bhawani Mandi, Jhalawar, for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of IPC.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the allegations of using fire arm is on three persons. Injured has stated that Sheru fired on him. It is also contended that co-accused has been enlarged on him by this Court.
