JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.326/2020 registered at Police Station Sarmuthara, Dholpur District Dholpur for the offence under Section 286 IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is quite innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Five packets of gulla have been stated to be recovered from his house, which are used for the mining purpose. The applicant is in custody for about one month and he is not required for investigation. The bail application should be allowed.
